How to Become a Exhibitor

 

During ICOM Kyoto 2019, for 3 days from Monday, September 2 to Wednesday, September 4, 2019 there will be museum fair which is the exhibition for many companies in museum and culture field at the same venue, Kyoto International Conference Center (ICC Kyoto). It is the best place to present your products, ideas, solutions and projects to more than 3,000 museum professionals in inside and outside of Japan.
Please consider exhibiting for this great opportunity.

Thank you very much for considering the exhibition of ICOM Kyoto 2019.
We are currently received inquiries regarding exhibits from many companies and organizations.
Since the number of booths has been reached what we initially planned, we have decided to stop accepting the exhibition application.

Acceptance Policy/ Booth Allocation

  • Exhibit space will be confirmed once the exhibit application form and payment have been received and the application has been verified. Booths will be assigned on a “first come” basis. Sponsors have priority over Exhibitors for booth selection and a number of booths on the exhibit hall floor are held for this purpose.
  • The required signature of an authorized signing authority from the Sponsor or Exhibitor to the Exhibition Application Form shall be binding to the acceptance of all conditions of the Exhibition.
    While every effort will be made to accommodate requests for specific exhibit space, the Congress Organiser is responsible for the assignment of exhibit space with due consideration of objects, forms, weights, and the number of booths.

 

Terms of payment

  • Upon acceptance and approval of application for exhibiting, an invoice will be sent by the Congress Secretariat. Exhibit space will be confirmed once the Exhibition Application Form and payment have been received and the application has been verified.
  • Invoices issued shall be payable in full. Please burden all of bank transfer fees for both your and overseas bank at your expense.
  • Should more exhibit space than was originally applied be required and the Congress Secretariat is able to allocate additional space, the additional sum owing shall be payable immediately.
  • Application period
    From May 1st 2018 to May 31st 2019 Application is now closed

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be in writing.
    The organiser reserves the right to re-sell any Exhibit booths after the cancellation is confirmed.
    Please note exhibition fee is not refundable for the cancellation.
